Welcome to the 2022-2023 school year! Our commitment at D.A.V.Police Public School is to provide a safe and intellectually challenging environment that will empower students to become innovative thinkers, creative problem solvers and inspired learners prepared to thrive in the twenty-first century.
This institution was created with an objective of providing an outstanding 360 degree education in character building, leadership, extra and co-curricular activities along with academics along with a very strong, dedicated and capable team of educators who became the driving force in the growth of the School.
The journey that is laced beautifully with triumphs would not have been possible without you. I thank you parents, for constantly supporting us in every step we take and reposing your confidence in us. Thank you for entrusting us with the future of your children, for entrusting us to mold and sculpt their minds, enrich their souls and ignite the spark of lifelong learning in them.
Students are the future of India. The future of our country depends upon the moral values imparted to them during their student life. The examples of honesty and truthfulness in school are more effective than precepts or moral preaching. Students are very sensitive. They fast copy their teachers. Teachers are the source of inspiration for students. Our curriculum include the good virtues such as honesty, integrity, truthfulness, compassion, helpfulness, love, respectfulness, hard-work, etc. These ideals or virtues are considered worthy in building up the character of an individual.
Learning takes many forms at DAVPPS. Each student achieves his or her own potential in the classroom, art room, sports field or on the stage. There are several opportunities for each individual to explore their unique talents. We encourage all our students to persevere, participate and take responsibility for their own development. We try to build their self-confidence so that they are unafraid to take the risk of attempting new challenges, to help them blossom and grow as individuals and to enable them to better realize their true potential. Their dedication and respect makes me proud.
DAVPPS believes there is no contradiction between learning and fun and between joy and the pursuit of excellence. It is rightly said that “A dream becomes a goal when action is taken towards its achievement” and we are committed in taking constructive and purposeful actions to produce optimistic, independent, compassionate, life-long learners and leaders who will bring glory to the School, State and the Nation.
